Float therapy

Float Therapy is used for total mind and body relaxation. We use a minimum of 1000lbs of Epsom Salt which helps you float naturally and allows for total spinal decompression. The option of Sensory Deprivation (no Sound or Light) can help calm the mind. Lights and music are optional for your comfort level. The high concentration of salt also detoxifies your body and helps every muscle relax. This unique combination allows you to get to a meditative state very easily where you can step into full mind and body stillness. You walk out feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to face the day and any challenges it may bring, relieving stress on every level. We recommend at least 3 floats to help you get familiar with the process and enjoy the many benefits of float therapy.
